Pastor Randy has been serving as lead pastor of Calvary Baptist for the last seven years. His 38 years of ministry experience has involved work as a church planter, evangelist, senior pastor, educator, and church growth strategist. His effective visionary leadership skills and passion for the church have helped him achieve vibrant ministries. The combination of evangelism, strong administrative skills, and dynamic preaching has created the catalyst for establishing three rapidly growing churches in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.

Pastor Randy received his doctorate from Liberty University and was employed for six years as faculty and staff. He served as Campus Pastor, Director for the Center for Ministry Training, and Associate Director of Pastoral Ministries.

Pastor Randy has also received national recognition as an author with his book, Except for a Staff. Starburst Publications chose Except for a Staff as its 1992 book of the year.

Pastor Randy has been married for 43 years to Lynn and has three married children and seven grandchildren. Randy and Lynn’s three children, Holly, Hope, and Rob, and their spouses are all involved in full-time Christian service.

Pastor Bobby has been serving as Associate Pastor of Education and Pastoral Care since January, 1996. He oversees areas such as Sunday School, Awana, and Missions.

Pastor Bobby received his B.S. degree in Christian Education and Pastoral Ministries from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia and his M.A.R. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia. Prior to college, Pastor Bobby and his wife, Patti, spent two years serving as missionaries with "Mercy Ships." They traveled onboard a hospital ship to 14 different nations spreading the gospel and bringing medical and dental care to some of the neediest people in the world.

Pastor Bobby and his lovely wife, Patti, have been married for 30 years, and they have two wonderful teenage children, Emily and Micah. When Bobby accepted the job as Associate Pastor at Calvary in 1996, it was a move that brought him back to his home town, family, and friends.

Pastor Bobby has a heart to serve God’s people no matter what age and to reach the world with the gospel of Christ whether here, at home, or abroad.

Randy has been at Calvary Baptist since May, 2009. Randy taught in a Christian School for five years right after college. He was called to be a pastor and began his ministry in 1981. Randy has served in churches in Ohio and Kentucky in various pastoral roles. He has had the honor of leading worship and directing many choirs for state and associational crusades and meetings. Randy traveled with the international group, Freedom Voice, for three years. They toured the United States and Ireland, Scotland, and England. He received his degree from Cedarville University near Dayton, Ohio. Randy met his wife Merrilee there. They were married while attending Cedarville in June of 1978. They have a son, Judah, who lives in Staunton, and a daughter, Harmoni, who lives in Columbus, Ohio.

Randy believes in true worship that comes from the heart and has a desire to engage others in worship as well. Randy's desire is to see people accept Christ, discover their God-given gifts and talents, and use them to honor the Lord and bring others to Christ. He is passionate about using music, drama, preaching, and teaching to see others uncover and use these gifts.

Robert has served at Calvary for the past four years. He and his wife, Rebecca, were married in 2008 and moved to Staunton one week later where he began serving as Youth Intern and then Student Pastor. They now have two beautiful children, Brooklyn and Bryson, and Robert serves as Pastor of the engage service and Family Pastor at CBC.

Called into ministry when he was a young teenager, Robert has been involved in church ministry ever since. Robert earned his B.S. in Psychology from North Greenville University in South Carolina and his M.A.R. from Liberty University in Virginia. Robert has a passion for both students and adults to realize the love that God has for them and for them to live the life that God has called them to live.

Shannon has led youth and children's ministries over the past decade and he has loved every minute of it. Shannon has a B. S. in Youth Ministry from Liberty University. He was ordained in November, 2010. Shannon has been married to Jodie Kiser for the past seven years and they have a daughter named Jocylynn.

Shannon is passionate about personally discipling people to help them become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Shannon enjoys creating fun memories with students and teaching them to serve others. Shannon’s vision is for God to transform the lives of students to be set apart for His glory (based on Romans 12:2, 1 Peter 1:16, Romans 8:18, Matthew 25:31).

Rob has been at Calvary Baptist since January, 2010. Prior to serving at Calvary, Rob served in churches in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia in various pastoral roles from children, to youth and family, to music, to administration, to lead pastor. His education includes Moody Bible Institute, Liberty University (B.S. in Religion), and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A.R.).

Rob is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and it is his desire to encourage, teach, and inspire others to live a life of radical commitment to Jesus as well. God has blessed Rob and his wife, Kelley, with three wonderful children, Ella, Jack, and Levi.
